Herb marinade:
In deep bowl mix --
1/2 cup salad oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon each: salt, marjoram, thyme
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup parsley
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup chopped onion
Meat needs to sit in marinade either overnight or 2-3 hours at room temperature. (Dad -- can also marinade in food saver vac bags, it works well.) Turn or stir occasionally.
Grill. Eat. Enjoy.
