Ingredients:

  • 4 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 3 sticks butter,room temperature
  • 2 eggs
  • 16-oz box powdered sugar
  • 20-oz can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2-3 bananas, sliced
  • 12-oz container whipped topping
  • Directions:

    Easy, 15 minutes prep time

    Yields 15-20 servings

    Preheat overn to 350 degrees.

    For crust:

    1. Mix crushed graham crackers and 1 stick of butter.

    2. Line bottom and sides of a 13x9 inch pan with mixture.

    3. Bake 5-8 minutes.

    For filling:

    1. Beat eggs, 2 sicks butter, and the powdered sugar until fluffy.

    2. Spread mixture on cooled crust.

    3. Add layer of crushed pineapple and layer of sliced bananas.

    4. Cover with whipped topping and sprinkle with nuts or graham crackers.

    5. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
