Recipe for Awful Pineapple Coffee Cake

(Vince's Recipe)

Ingredients:

Coffee Cake:

2 Cups Bisquick

3 Tablespoons Sugar

1 Egg

1 20 oz can (including liquid) crushed or chunk pineapple (or tidbits)

Topping: (do not double!)

1 Cup Bisquick

1 Cup packed brown sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon nutmeg

1 stick butter (1/2 cup)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400

Mix dry coffee cake ingredients, mix in egg and entire can of pinapple.

Pour into greased 9x13 pan

Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl

Cut in butter

Cover coffee cake with dry mix

Bake with topping 45 minutes

(You can prepare the topping the night before.)
