Recipe for Dave Williamson's Sauerkraut Recipe
Ingredients:
2 - 28 oz jars of Gundelsheim sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
1 medium onion - chopped
1 medium granny smith apple - chopped
1 Tbl brown sugar
1/2 stick unsalted butter
Directions:
Melt butter over medium heat until foaming subsides. Add onion and apple and cook until lightly browned. Add brown sugar and cook an additional 2 minutes. Add sauerkraut and saute for several minutes.
