Recipe for Tumbleweeds

Ingredients:

  • 1 12oz can salted peanuts
  • 1 7oz can potato sticks
  • 3 C butterscotch chips
  • 3 T peanut butter
  • Directions:

    In a large bowl, combine peanuts and potato sticks, and set aside.

    In a microwave-safe bowl, combine butterscotch chips and peanut butter.

    Microwave for 1-2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until melted.

    Pour melted mixture over peanut mixture.

    Stir to coat evenly.

    Drop by tablespoonfuls onto waxes paper.

    Refrigerate until set, about 15 minutes.
